Rental Rates:
Half Day – $150.00
Full Day – $300.00
Additional Fees:
There is a $150 deposit that must be paid up front. This deposit will be returned if there is no property damage or excessive cleaning required.
A city employee will have to be paid $25 per hour. Time of pay begins one hour before event. The employee will also have to be on the premises at the time of the event.
